Established in 2018 as a construction company, Elay Project has grown from its humble beginnings to become a leading project contractor service across West Malaysia.
In a significant milestone, Ireka Corporation Berhad announced a strategic joint venture with Elay Project Sdn. Bhd. in both construction and property development in 2023. This collaboration marks a new chapter in our journey.
In the construction domain, Elay Project Sdn. Bhd. is entrusted with completing the remaining phases of ongoing projects, including KAMI, DWI, and ASTA INDUSTRIAL PARK.
For property development, Elay Project Sdn. Bhd. joins forces with Ireka Corporation Berhad to embark on an exciting venture. Together, we are set to develop a prime land located in Kajang, Serika.
